Looking for spring framework for Javascript

• sailsjs
• seneca

Requirements to framework are:

• log management (out of the box)
• configuration management (out of the box)
• pluggable in and outs (http-to-db, http-to-fs, http-to-queue, queue-to-db, queue-to-fs, ?)
• event driven
